I took a little drive over to Malibu yesterday to meet Geri and Lisa for some lunch. I was dreading the drive a little bit since I had to take the 101, which means a lot of traffic. However, the traffic was not bad and when I entered the canyon I put on my ipod, rolled down the windows and open the sunroof and just enjoyed the ride. We met for lunch as Neptune's Nest and enjoyed some crab cake sandwiches and fish tacos. We spent some time catching up and enjoying the foggy/smoggy/marine layer type day ... by the ocean. Is is still beautiful and shocking every time I see it. On the drive home I enjoyed the ocean view a little longer driving down the PCH.
